I love these three, and the route between them. Part of the Newlands Horseshoe, Robinson, Hindscarth and Dale Head offer a wonderful undulating journey once the initial height has been gained.
We will go up Robinson first , ensuring that the most technical section of the path is dealt with on the way up where for a short section you may wish to use your hands for additional support, I will be here to support and guide you should you need it. Then it’s onwards to Hindscarth where you barely notice the slight double back before the rise to Dale Head. Continuing with a trip to Dale Head Tarn before we head down along Newlands Beck with its mining history.
