Langdale Spectacular.

Level 2, some walking experience needed

14.5km, 928m ascent. rocky paths and grassy slopes.

A big day out taking in much of the northern skyline of the Langdale valley. We will climb from the valley floor, up and over to Angle Tarn before turning right along the top of the valley side to give ourselves views of the best that Lakeland has to offer. We will contour round (I use this term loosely, prepare for undulations!) behind some of the peaks before decending to the ever popular Stickle Tarn. From here we return to the valley floor.

This is not designed to be a peak bagging day, but if there is group agreement and sufficient time it can be considered.
